​​Writing for Wellbeing Workshop Series explore a theme such as Emotions, Body, or Relationships over six weeks. The aim is ​for people ​to experience how writing can be used to creatively and constructively work through and express ourselves in relation to the topic. By honouring and giving voice to our inner reality​ can be​ empowering, liberating and transformative​. ​

The therapeutic benefits of writing and storytelling ​are supported by ​the research conducted by ​Social Psychologist, James A Pennebaker; professor in narrative psychology, Dan MacAdams, and the founders of Narrative Therapy, David Epston and Michael White supports the benefits of writing and storytelling
